We at KinderKim appreciate and understand as business agents how important it is to keep our vendor client’s information private and confidential. It is important to our firm that any information that we are authorised by our clients to give prospective purchasers is treated in a way that best protects the interests of our clients and associated parties and that the information is kept, and remains, confidential.

We ask that you agree to keep any information given to you confidential, and request that you sign your acceptance of the terms in the following pages, where indicated.

Terms of Agreement

By signing this form, you acknowledge and agree that:

KinderKim may give you certain information with respect to businesses for sale
KinderKim has advised that the information that is provided is information given to KinderKim by the various vendors, and is given in accordance with the vendor’s instruction
You shall not reproduce, transmit, or discuss the information or any part of it with any person or party other than in obtaining independent legal, financial, accounting, or technical advice
You, nor any of your affiliates, friends, or agents, will not communicate directly with the vendor or any staff of the vendor without the consent of KinderKim
You, nor any of your affiliates, friends, or agents, will not attend on, or inspect the vendor’s business premises without the consent of KinderKim
KinderKim has advised you that the vendor’s accountant will be able to confirm any financial information which may be required by you
KinderKim makes no warranty, and accepts no responsibility with respect to the correctness of any of the information given to you, and that you shall make your own investigations and enquiries and will take independent legal, accounting, and financial advice in relation to the information
This form does not in any way constitute an offer made to any person. This document, or any supplements or updates thereof are not to be interpreted as a recommendation either expressly or implicitly to purchase or acquire the subject business.
